Tangerine Tea Bread

2 cups sifted flour 

1 cup sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teasoon soda

3 tablespoons minced tangerine peel

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 egg well beaten

1/2 cup freshly squezzed tangerine juice

1/4 cup melted butter or margerine

Sigt together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl

stir in minced peel and nuts

Thouroughly combine remaining ingredients

add all at once to dry ingredients stir quickly until well blended

pour into well greased loaf pan

bake at *325  55-60 minutes
