1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup regular long grain rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar of cheese whiz ( or 8 oz. cheese cut into pieces)
1/2 stick margarine
Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions
cook rice (1 cup rice to 3 cups water add 2 chicken bullion cubes cover and boil for 20 minutes, no peeking.)
combine all ingredients in a large casserole
bake uncovered for 1 hour at *325
