Place a rectangular piece of card board

( 5X 7 1/2 ) in each corner and pencil around it. 7 1/2 inches from the end and 5 inches from the width. Cut rectangles out leaving wide enough margin for seam allowance and hem sides with narrow hem. Fold right sides together so side and end pencil lines meet and stitch together. Hem the extra two inches on ends.
